Bishop Dr. Cebert Adamson - Regional Council Chair

An Ordained Bishop, Dr. Cebert Adamson currently serves as the Pastor for Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God in Burlington, Ontario. He was elected to serve as the Regional Council Chair on the Regional Executive Council, 2022-2024 term. Additionally, Bishop Adamson serves as the Director of Education and Ministerial Development for the region of Eastern Canada. He considers himself a developmental leader, with calling to support the next era of future-ready leaders, in advancing the Kingdom of God on the journey of the Church on a Mission.

As a bi-vocational pastor, Dr. Adamson currently serves as Vice President Academic at Mohawk College, one of Ontario's top 10 colleges. In addition, he serves on various boards and committees in the Province of Ontario providing leadership to educational issues. Dr. Adamson has served at various levels in education when he lived in Jamaica, including senior administrative and teaching assignments at the University of Technology, Jamaica and the Community Colleges in Jamaica.

Bishop Andre Blake

Bishop Andrae Blake, was born and raised in Jamaica, where he had his early educational and spiritual formation. He has been serving in pastoral leadership for over fifteen (15) years. He received his theological training at the Bethel Bible College of The Caribbean, earning a Bachelor of Theology. As a rounded minister and vibrant leader who loves God, cares for people and is passionate about transforming lives, he served as a Guidance Counsellor for Primary and High School students in his native country.
He is married to his beautiful wife, best friend, and lifelong partner in ministry, Claudene, who worked previously as an Early Childhood Educator and now works in finance. She loves children, is passionate about Ministry, and is dedicated to mentoring women, to fulfil their highest God-given potential.
Bishop Blake's purpose in life is to love people to salvation through the Good News of Jesus, and equip them for life, ministry, and eternity through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
Bishop Blake currently serves as Lead Pastor for the Agincourt Church of God, Toronto, having served on the Regional Youth Board of the Church of God in Ontario for six years. Bishop Andrae Blake is a resilient transformational leader and shepherd whose passion is to propel people to divine purpose. He firmly believes that, "the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way." - (Ps. 37:23 – KJV)

Bishop Jean Bruno

Bishop Jean W. Bruno is an Ordained Bishop, credentialed with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee.
Before Bishop Bruno’s appointment as Senior Pastor of the Ottawa Church of God in September of 2003, he served in the Church of God in the United States for nineteen years. Bishop Bruno held various positions including Pastor and Pioneer of Cross-Cultural Churches, District Overseer, State Council Member and Upstate New York Youth and Evangelism Coordinator.
Bishop Bruno was also appointed in Eastern Canada as State Youth and Christian Education Director. Bishop Jean W. Bruno has been called and anointed by God to bring healing to the sick, deliverance to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and to mend the broken-hearted.
He is happily married to his beautiful wife Renny and together they have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Bishop Delroy Fraser

An Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, Bishop Delroy Fraser has served the Church of God in various capacities in Toronto, Canada and New York City.
Bishop Fraser was the Music Pastor at the Malton Church of God from 2000-2006. In the Summer of 2006, Bishop Fraser and his wife Tricia Fraser moved to New York City where he served as Music Minister at the Eastchester Church of God and in 2009 Bishop Fraser served as the Music Minister at the Bronxwood International Church of God. In August 2010, Bishop Fraser and his wife Tricia returned to Toronto, Canada, where he served as an Associate Pastor at the West Toronto Church of God.
Bishop Fraser has a servant’s heart, he loves people, loves God, and has a passion to see the Kingdom of God advance. In 2017, he was appointed as Lead Pastor for Bethesda Church of God in Oakville, Ontario. For more than seven (7) years, Bishop Fraser has been serving as the Music Minister for the Church of God in Ontario.
Bishop Fraser was recently elected to serve on the Regional Executive Council for term 2022-2024. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Tricia Fraser. They have two wonderful children: Delroy Jr. and Azariah.

Bishop Kevin Glagau

Bishop Kevin Glagau has been in the Ministry either with the PAOC or the Church of God for approximately 20 years. He was raised in a wonderful home by Bishop Ralph Glagau and the late Shirley Glagau. Raised to honour, respect and fear God, Kevin has learned valuable lessons on how to serve God and the Church, to Shepherd a community of Believers and to live an honourable life for his Lord and Saviour.
Bishop Glagau attended Lee College (now called Lee University) from 1992-1997 where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Education and His Christian Education Degrees. He has pursued other Certifications and Educational goals, particularly in Counselling at the Canadian Institute of Christian Counselling and Seminary.
Bishop Glagau hobbies during his down time include golf, volleyball, tennis, basketball, skiing, and hockey. He married his life partner Catherine Glagau (Bowen) in March of 1998, and recently celebrated 25 years of marriage. Catherine also comes from a Christ-centred home where she was taught principles from the Word of God. Her parents are still in Ministry with the PAOC (Pentecostal Assemblies of God) in Toronto, Canada. Kevin and Catherine have two wonderful and talented daughters who currently attend or about to attend school in the United States; Kaylee at the University of Hawaii is in her 3rd year and Emma will be attending Texas Christian University in the Fall of 2023.
Bishop Kevin has served the Humberlea Worship Centre for 11 years now and he is very grateful to serve as the Lead Pastor for the advancement of the Kingdom of God, which is where his main focus lies. His heart is for the next generation to not settle for a “religion” but to pursue a deep meaningful relationship with God.

Bishop Mirando Lal

Bishop Mirando Lal was born in the small community of Rocky Settlement, Clarendon Jamaica to a teen mother and grew up in a single mom home with great support from grandparents. His challenging childhood has caused him to appreciate the simpler things in life.
His life was radically changed when he encountered the grace of Jesus and surrendered completely. He later went to Bethel Bible College after accepting the Call to pastoral ministry. Bishop Lal served in active Ministry in Jamaica with the New Testament Church of God before migrating to Canada to serve Praise Cathedral Worship Centre as Youth Pastor, where he currently serves as the Executive Pastor. He was elected to the Eastern Canada Regional Executive Council in 2022 and also serves as a member of the Ministerial Education Board.
Bishop Lal has been married to the love of his life Davina for 16 years. They are blessed with two beautiful girls Chayil & Isabel. He believes in simplicity and governs his life by the philosophy that "it's better to serve than to be served".

Bishop Maurice Rider

Bishop Maurice O. Rider is an Ordained Bishop,credentialed with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee.
He is a graduate of Humber/Guelph University and College in Business Administration and Logistic Management. Bishop Rider currently attends Tyndale University where he is pursuing a Masters Degree program in Clinical Counselling.
Bishop Rider believes all have been created with a God-given purpose for their lives; he views the world as a wide-open field for harvest. He remains focused on creating an environment where failure is not the end but the beginning of one's destiny. He currently serves the Region in various ministry assignments, including Coordinator for the Calling And Ministry Studies (CAMS) Program. A Certified Community Chaplin, Bishop Rider is a volunteer with the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga.
Bishop Rider is married to Rev. Janice Rider for over 27 years, an Ordained Minister in the Church of God, who co-labourers with him in ministry. They are proud parents of three children. Together, they reside in Mississauga.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Business and Divinity. He served as Youth Director, Lead Pastor, Church Planter and Administrator in a variety of ministries that spans nearly 40 years.
Bishop Stewart’s passion is pursuing the Presence of God. He believes that God will increasingly manifest His power in the church in these last days as Christians become desperate for a move of God.
