Christian Greetings!

Fellow Ministers, laity and friends, we praise God for what He is doing in our region. With your faithful support, we were able to hold three Prayer Conferences last month. We rest assuredly in faith, anticipating that our prayers will be answered.

Greatness starts with a small seed and great people doing things with excellence. The Memorial Service held to celebrate the Life and Ministry of Bishop Dr. Daniel James Vassell, Sr was a success and well executed. Despite the wintry weather, you came out in your numbers to show your love and give your support. On behalf of the Vassell family and friends, we extend our sincere appreciation to everyone. We ask that you continue to pray for First Lady Jenny Vassell, James, Aleah and the extended Vassell family.

We have seen an improvement in ministerial and church reporting, and we are pleased that we are moving in the right direction and commend you for your faithfulness. In our pursuit of the mission, our engagement and reporting will help us effectively plan, as well as help us to measure our success, to the honor and Glory of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have postponed the “ELEVATE” Leadership Symposium, previously scheduled for February 24-25 to sometime in the FALL. As updates are available, more information will follow.

First Lady Binda and her team are in full planning mode for the upcoming Women’s Conference, scheduled for March 24-26 at the Americana Conference Centre in Niagara Falls, held under the Theme: “More than ENOUGH.” Speakers include Rev. Ashley Ramsey, Rev. Glynnis Burton and our own Rev. Tracy-Ann Charles. Please make every effort to attend. The registration deadline is March 6, 2023. We are indeed looking forward to a blessed time in the Lord.

Like the Apostle Paul writing to the church in Philippi, I encourage you, " to forget those things that are behind and reach forth unto those things which are before you, pressing toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
